 POWER HOUR

  • A 30 - minute yoga practice promoting mind ~ body ~ soul connection through mindful breath and movement.

  • Live Monday @ 6 PM MNT

  ATTENTION:

  • Download Zoom and leave your contact information below so that we can provide you the meeting ID and password.

  • In case you cannot attend the live sessions, all classes are recorded and you will receive access upon request.

  • Check-in 15 minutes early so that your practice can begin in a calm state of mind.

  • We recommend water with electrolytes, mat, 2 blocks, scarf / belt /strap, and bolster / pillow.
